Aims
1. To promote a caring and stimulating environment where all centre users feel protected and are happy, safe and secure.
2. To offer all children and families appropriate challenges in all areas of their development.
3. To promote partnership with families so that staff, parents and carers are working towards common goals and involve the children in meeting their individual needs.
4. To work together as stakeholders with agreed aims, tackling key issues collaboratively.
5. To ensure that every child is treated equally and according to his or her needs. To have high expectations of the children, ourselves and everyone involved in the children’s centre, enabling all to achieve their full potential.
